Eligibility for Services

Due to the sacred nature of the spiritual work provided and for the safety and comfort of both the practitioner and the participants, our services are specifically tailored for and offered to individuals who identify as Black. This focus allows us to maintain a culturally specific, supportive space that honors the unique experiences and traditions this service is designed to address. We believe this approach enhances the effectiveness and authenticity of the consultations, creating a safe and respectful environment for all involved.

  • Appointment Availability: If no appointment times are visible, it indicates that all slots for the month are booked. Clients are encouraged to schedule for the following month or subsequent months. If unsure about availability, please email us for confirmation.
  • Review of Terms: Clients are encouraged to read these Terms & Conditions before booking to understand all policies.

Refund Policy: 

All sales are final; no refunds are available for services rendered. Clients may, however, reschedule their appointments in accordance with the rescheduling policy and Griot Bae's availability. 

About Our Services

All services are spiritual in nature and are meant to help you connect with your original self so you can live a more authentic, intentional, and meaningful life.

Some of these practices are concepts you may have heard of; others, you may not. Please review the brief list of definitions below before selecting your service. 

Freshwater: A Black American energy healing modality that is used to remove energetic blockages within your physical and auric field. It is a full energy-clearing and restorative practice that allows you to reset your energy each session.

Akashic Records: The Akashic Records are said to be an ethereal archive that stores the collective wisdom and experiences of every soul throughout time. Accessing these records can provide profound insights, clarity, and healing.

Spiritual Astrology: the practice of aligning the ancient wisdom of astrology with our spiritual bodies. It explores the connection between celestial energies and one's spiritual journey, offering insights into personal growth, higher purpose, and the evolution of the soul. This practice views the Birth Chart as a tool for spiritual development, emphasizing self-awareness, consciousness, and self-love to help us walk the path of our destinies.

A Birth Chart is a snapshot of the sky the moment you came to earth. The unique placement of the stars and planets gives insight into who you are. Birth Charts are a tool for establishing a deeper, more supportive relationship with oneself, so that you can live a whole, healthy life. When partnered with a spiritual regimen, Birth Charts allow you to see yourself clearly. They allow you to understand who you were before society told you who you should be. They are a compass that guides you back home to yourself. They teach you how to read your instruction manual, so that you can get to know every part of you, how they work together, and what support you need to live in alignment with your destiny.

Many of my Birth Chart Services focus on a specific area of your Birth Chart. Covering specific areas of your Birth Chart individually gives you time to receive, process, and integrate the information provided.

I Use Whole Sign Houses To Calculate Your Birth Charts

For Sessions That Are Held via Zoom:

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment's start time. There may be someone in session prior to you, so please allow time for their session to finish.

Arriving Late: If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment start time, your session will be canceled without a refund.

Rescheduling: All appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment time by using the link below. If it’s less than 24 hours, your link won’t work, and our support team will have to reschedule you. So send an email to request a reschedule, or you will be considered a no-call/no-show. Please note that your appointment will be rescheduled based on Griot Bae's availability, which may not be in the same week or month as your originally scheduled session.

No Call/No Show: A no-call/no-show is when you don't show up for your appointment without written notice via email. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes are also considered no-call/no-shows. In both of these situations, a $30 rebooking fee is required to continue services.

Attire: If your appointment requires specific attire, you will receive an email outlining the details.

Camera Etiquette: You are expected to keep your camera on for the entire appointment. Please be in a quiet, private area where you can focus and be present during our consultation. If your environment is too noisy/distracting, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. All sessions are for one person only, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 Service Delivery:

    • Email Readings: Birth Chart Readings will be delivered to the client's email address on the selected date by 11:59 pm PST/PDT. The time selected at checkout is only to hold your space. But the reading may not be delivered at that time. Clients will receive a typed PDF transcribed version of their reading at the email used at checkout.
    • Telephone Sessions: For sessions that are held over the telephone, upon purchasing and scheduling your session, you will receive an email with the phone number from which I will call you. On the day of your appointment, I will call you once. If you don't answer, you will have up to 10 minutes from the start of your session to call me back. If you do not call me back within 10 minutes, your session will be canceled, and there will be no refund.
    • Audio Readings: Your birthdate, time (in AM or PM), and birth location are required to complete this service.

      All readings are delivered within 7 business days by 11:59 PM PST. Weekends and national holidays are excluded from this timeframe. Your audio reading will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

      No Healing Claims: No claims are made regarding the healing or curing of any medical conditions, viruses, diseases, or ailments. The services are for spiritual guidance and educational purposes only and should not be considered a form of medical or psychological treatment

  2. Intellectual Property and Use of Information:

    • Personal Use Only: The healing modalities, information, and knowledge provided through our services are intended for personal use only. Clients agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or sell this information for commercial purposes.
    • Intellectual Property Rights: All materials, including but not limited to books, guides, and other resources provided during the services, are the intellectual property of Faheemah Salahud-Din Floyd. These materials are protected by copyright law and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Faheemah Salahud-Din Floyd. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of these materials will result in legal action.

  3. Privacy and Confidentiality:
    All client information, including personal details and readings, is kept strictly confidential and is not shared or sold to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  4. Legal Disclaimer:

  • Compliance with Law: These terms and conditions comply with the laws and regulations of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by California law and resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.
  • Liability: The service provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions based on the guidance received.

    By purchasing or booking a service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined above.
